Packages Offers :

For properties under construction:
- Zero payment during construction period
- You need not pay a single sen during the construction period
- The monthly progressive interest will be capitalized into the loan amount
- Applicable for properties under construction valued RM 100,000 and above
- Applicable to non Zero Entry Cost cases
Required documents
- For salary earners: Monthly salary statements (last 3 months) and Borang BE (last 3 years)
- For businessmen: Financial statements (last 3 years), Borang BE(last 3 years), photocopies of last 6 months' bank statements
- A photocopy of title deed, Sale and Purchase Agreement
- A copy of valuation report (where required). The valuers must be approved by the bank
- Photocopy of applicant's NRIC
