1. Properties ( Under Construction / Completed )



Packages Offers :

  • Loan Margin Up to 90%* + MRTA* + Legal Fees* + Stamp Duty* + Valuation Fees*
  • Loan Tenure Up to 40 years or 70 years of age
  • BFR - 2.3%*( Minimum )
  • No Processing Fee
  • Lower Ceiling Rate ( Islamic )

For properties under construction:

  • Zero payment during construction period
  • You need not pay a single sen during the construction period
  • The monthly progressive interest will be capitalized into the loan amount
  • Applicable for properties under construction valued RM 100,000 and above
  • Applicable to non Zero Entry Cost cases


Required documents

  • For salary earners: Monthly salary statements (last 3 months) and Borang BE (last 3 years)
  • For businessmen: Financial statements (last 3 years), Borang BE(last 3 years), photocopies of last 6 months' bank statements
  • A photocopy of title deed, Sale and Purchase Agreement
  • A copy of valuation report (where required). The valuers must be approved by the bank
  • Photocopy of applicant's NRIC
